A story based on sacrifice, hard work and energy… Fabio Manconi started life with few privileges in his home town in Italy. Working in a family restaurant from a very young age, after school he waited for the right moment to get his first experiences abroad… From London, Sydney and Hong Kong, following his heart, he arrived in Kaunas, where he settled down and decided to pursue his dream. A dream called CASA DELLA PASTA.

Throughout our journey of dream, we never forget that nothing in the world of Casa della Pasta would be possible without the incredible help of our amazing staff.

October, 2016

In October 2016 the first restaurant of the Casa della Pasta brand was opened in Laisves alėja. This was the first restaurant in Kaunas cooking pizza in a traditional wood-oven; a restaurant capable of satisfying more than 3000 customers per week.

June, 2018

In June, 2018 was opened the second restaurant Casa della Pasta Edizione California. This time, with a twist of light and the warmth of a Californian atmosphere, we brought sun and fun to the cold winter nights of Kaunas.
